Return Policy
You can return your items to us within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that BARBINHA does not offer free return shipping. We ask that you choose a local courier who delivers directly to our warehouse. Please note that we cannot collect packages from a parcel shop.
Here's how you can return an item in three easy steps.
- Carefully pack all items you wish to return. Please send your items back to our warehouse in Poland in unused, original condition and in their original packaging.
- Please fill out the return form and include it in the package. Make sure you include your full name and order number. If you don't have a return form, please download it here .
- Send the package to our warehouse and remember to ask for a receipt and tracking number at the post office. Please select "shipping to the warehouse" and not to a parcel shop.
If you wish to return a product from outside the EU, please register your return here and provide us with the tracking number of your return package and the items you wish to return. If we do not receive this information, your return package may be refused by customs.
If the returned item does not arrive in its original condition, we reserve the right not to issue a full refund.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, you will receive a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
It is not possible to issue a refund via a different payment method than originally used – even if the order was a gift.
exchange
If you would like an item in a different size, style, or color, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange to us. Follow the same procedure as described above.
